10x Honda Plastic Screw Clip Fairing 90683-GR1-003, 90116-MCS-G00, 90683-MBW-003
These Screw Rivets (Scrivets) are used on many Honda models to secure fairing and panels.

As the screw is tightened, the main captive nut/washer part of the scrivet is forced outwards. This secures the scrivet in place. For removal simply unscrew the plastic screw.
