5. Dämpfungseinstellung: Einstellung in Richtung „S“, die Dämpfung wird reduziert und die Rückprallgeschwindigkeit erhöht. Einstellung in Richtung „H“, mit zunehmender Dämpfung verlangsamt sich die Rückprallgeschwindigkeit.
