Fits Cathedral Port LS1/LS2/LS6 heads. Mounting flange contains extra holes that are used in the manufacturing process; These do not affect performance or reliability since LS intake manifolds use individual port seals rather than a traditional flat gasket. Includes runner o-rings and throttle body o-ring.
