Delivery policy and information
Please supply a mobile number for the courier, as you will be given text updates and there may also be options to change delivery (safe place, different delivery date etc.)
You will have a maximum of two attempted deliveries, after this a fee may be charged by our couriers.
Goods will not be left without a signature.
All deliveries will only be sent to registered addresses.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure somebody is available to accept delivery.
Marlow Paint Supplies LTD can not be held responsible for courier delays.
No refunds or discounts will be given for damaged packaging (dented tins) if there are no splits or leakage and the contents remain uncompromised.
*Next working day cut off is 2pm unless we are experiencing high volumes of orders, in which case we will update dispatch times accordingly. Mixing schemes and pallet deliveries may vary.
Mixed colours are made to order and not returnable. They must be checked before application with a spray out card and no responsibility will be taken for colour discrepancies after application.
Any issues with delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, and clearly showing the delivery label.
