Compost Worms must be accepted when they are delivered! They cannot be left in mailbox, postal locker, PO Box, front porch. If they are there will be NO Guarantee. They will get to hot and die. We would rather not sale our Compost Worms if not accepted and taken care of. We try to have some of the best taken care of Red Wiggler Compost Mix Out there. Any other issues must be followed per GUARANTEE!

The Red Wiggler Composting Worms will be shipped in a blue plastic bait container with a vented lid to make sure that they arrive alive and healthy. Please keep the worms out of extreme temperatures.

Under favorable conditions, red wiggler worms will reproduce quickly. The population of worms can double every three months.

If it shows they are delivered and left in mail box or on porch ect. There will be NO GUARANTEE. On a rare occasions if your Red Worms arrive dead and you meet all the above qualifications we must be notified with pictures within 2 hours. We will then and only then work with you to make this right. We will notify you once we have examined your pictures, and let you know if a replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be shipped a new batch in 5 business days.
