We ship every package within one business day. The tracking number on first class mail is for delivery confirmation only. The Post Office does not track first class mail from place to place. Most packages are scanned at the Moreno Valley sorting station in California and not again until your mail carrier delivers it to you. Please be patient as many packages are held for extended periods of time in the customs department of the receiving country. We are sorry but we have to exclude first class mail shipping to countries to which we have had significant numbers of lost or stolen packages. If you are in an excluded country and you want to purchase our products, we will ship by insured Priority Mail only with a minimum shipping cost of $35 for weight up to one pound and $10 for each additional pound.
