- THE WEIGHT OF THE FINAL PRODUCT in the sausage shell is at least 1.5 lb (680 grams) - there are 10 sausage sleeves in a pack, enough to produce 15 lb (7 kg) of sausages
- DESIGNED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DRIED, SMOKED OR COOKED SAUSAGES - the production of the salami or summer sausages in these shells is identical to the heat treatment in natural, collagen and fibrous membranes
- ADHESION OF THESE SAUSAGE SKINS IS UNIVERSAL - if you plan to produce very dry sausages, we encourage you to order casings with a higher level of adhesion. Please let us know via e-mail after placing your order
Before filling, the
casing should be soaked in warm fresh water (4-5 minutes) and filled
effortlessly until you reach the beautiful and desired shape.
