Thanks for choosing or just looking at our eggs we appreciate it. Here's a little information on what we do. We pack our eggs doubled wrapped with bubble wrap then fill the box with fine pine shaving so they aren't moving around. We also mark the box with fertile hatching eggs, avoid extreme heat/cold, & no x-ray stickers on the outside of the box. Also please check your box if you order. We also send a free gift as a thank you for ordering with us. There is no guarantee of egg hatching with shipping them. We hatch eggs all year on the farm because we sell chicks also , so we always know their fertility and if we get a bad hatch rate eggs will not be posted. We use a GQF Sportsman 1502 incubators & a 1550 GQF cabinet hatcher. We try to send 1 or 2 extra eggs with every order, if we have them available. We don't write on our eggs with a pen/marker. PENCIL ONLY!! We don't wash our eggs so some might be a little dirty from their feet. Please message us with any other questions. Follow us on FB @ Caleb's Farm.
As most of you know we send a small free gift with every order. This year we will also be starting a new rewards program. So when you order you will get a card ( Pic in ad) every order gets you a hole punched and once you hit 10 orders you will get a bigger free item from us. We will send you a pic after every order of your card with it punched so you know we did it. Right now we will have an egg apron, apron with chickens on it, egg basket, chicken saddles, water & feeder. (pics in ad) Once you fill your card fully punched we will let you choose what you want. Shipping will be on us or will be put in the box with your eggs. We will be adding more items as we go. Thank you for choosing to order with us. We just want to give back to our loyal customers.
We will post our auctions every Sunday and they will end on Sunday. If you pay before 4pm Monday after the auction ends we will ship your eggs that Monday. If you don’t pay before 4 pm Tuesday after the auction ends we will cancel your order. We want to make sure you get the freshest eggs possible. If you are new to hatching feel free to ask us any questions we dont mind helping you to get the best hatch rate possible. We will send our business card with every purchase and you can get our info on there and text with any question too. If you want P.O pickup please let us know so we can mark the outside of the box.
If eggs don’t sell on Sunday when the auction goes off we will list them as a buy it now for 1 day only and you will have to pay that day you buy them so we can ship them asap. The latest we will ship eggs out is Tuesday after each auction or buy it now that way they aren't being shipped on a weekend and take longer to arrive.
