Roloc+ TR attachment. You need either a roloc + holder (such as 3M model # 07500), or some people cut the non-threaded spindle off of the roloc attachment and use a regular roloc TR back up pad (not ideal, but some people say it works). I have done this and it worked fine on a low speed die grinder, but it might not work on a high speed tool.
Extra coarse (XCS) grade silicon carbide provides aggressive cutting and leaves a fine finish without gouging the workpiece.
