You'll receive 3 (1 MALE and 2 FEMALE) Dark Dumbo Dragon Guppies
These are home-raised (not imported) Dark Dumbo Dragon guppies, known for their striking dark coloration, elegant Dumbo pectoral fins, and flowing dragon-like tails. These guppies are selectively bred for vibrant color, strong genetics, and robust health. They are highly active, easy to care for, and make a stunning addition to any freshwater aquarium. Males display rich, dark tones with shimmering highlights, while females complement them with their graceful form. Upon arrival, they may appear slightly pale due to shipping stress but will regain their full vibrancy as they acclimate.
Shipping
- Shipping and handling within 24 hours on our scheduled
shipping day
- Our Livestock will be carefully packaged in a box with
proper insulation to ensure they can tolerate the temperature shift during the
winter/summer.
- Shipping Schedule for Livestock:
- Monday
Afternoon
- Tuesday
Morning
- Orders placed after 2PM MONDAY will be shipped out next
MONDAY morning
- Livestock (Freshwater shrimp, live fish and live
plants) will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Shipping them out on
these days will eliminate the chance of the package being spent overnight at
the warehouse, therefore increasing the chance of their healthy arrival
significantly.
- If the temperatures are below freezing, you’ll need
to purchase a separate heat pack ($4.00) that’s sold in our store to guarantee
live arrival.
- We combine shipping when possible.
- Free USPS Priority Mail for all orders.
DOA Policies
- If you do not agree with our policy as outlined below, we
kindly request that you refrain from making a purchase
- If a customer makes a purchase, it means that the customer
automatically agrees to the policy outlined below.
In the event of any animal dead on arrival, please follow
these steps to submit your claim:
- Take 3
clear pics of a dead animal in the unopened bag next to the shipping label
within one hour of carrier showing the package has been delivered.
- Take a
15 second video of the dead animal being outside of the bag.
- Send
us a message with clear descriptions of what happened to the package to
help us diagnose the problem.
- Allow
us up to 24 hrs. to process the claim.
- Once
the claim is approved, a refund will be sent to you based on the number of
dead fish
- Shipping
fees for replacement fish orders are not included in the guarantee. If a
replacement fish is required, the buyer is responsible for 100% of the
shipping cost associated with the replacement.
- If a
customer chooses to request a refund for a fish that arrived dead on
arrival (DOA), the refund will typically exclude the shipping cost. This
means that the customer will be refunded the cost of the fish itself, but
not the shipping fees incurred for the initial delivery.
Please note, in some circumstances, our DOA policy will be voided:
- If the
package is unsuccessful delivery on the 1st attempt (We will ship to the
address you provided on file.)
- The
package is left outside for an extended period during extreme weather.
(Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, it's your
responsibility to take them inside as soon as they are delivered. If
the package is left outside more than 3 hrs. from the time of delivery,
DOA will be voided.
- The
package is lost due to a package theft (If this happens, please contact
your local USPS to file a claim)
- Once
our fish are released into your tank, it becomes your responsibility to
ensure their well-being and keep them alive. We are unable to determine
the water parameters of your tank.
- We
