High Safety: The highly insulated motor (Class F) can prevent thermal damage and the built-in electronic thermal protector can shut down the motor when its temperature rises or the running time is too long until the motor is completely cooled. The limit switch will be disconnected immediately after power failure. Besides, the reverse phase sequence protection device and dual brake system can also enhance safety.

• If the specified object is too large or the object cannot be hung directly on the hook, you will need to tie a longer webbing around the object and then hook the webbing with the hook to lift the object.
• Please ensure that all persons in the immediate area are informed and warned of the need for safety before lifting and moving heavy objects. If necessary, set up a lifting area to remind unoccupied and uninvolved persons that they are not allowed in.
• Please do not leave lifted heavy objects unsupervised for long periods as this may cause injury.
• The lifting weight shall not exceed the maximum load capacity of the product (Single chain weighing up to 1100 lbs, double chain weighing up to 2200 lbs. ). Please do not use multiple chain hoists to lift a heavy object or pull a heavy object horizontally.
• Please do not use the chain when it is bent or twisted. Please do not jerk the chain when it is not moving and stop immediately, then start debugging the product.
• Please do not throw the product to avoid damage.
• For the uniformly distributed work cycle, the maximum operation time of the hoist per hour is 25%, and it can handle up to 150 starts per hour. When used for infrequent working hours, it can run for 30 minutes from the cold start, with a maximum of 200 starts per hour.
