Shipping: Our default shipping is USPS ground with a Bubble Mailer. For delicate plants and during fluctuating weather, please add our Shipping Upgrade Listing for temperature protection, faster shipping, and a cardboard box instead of a bubble mailer!
Live Arrival Guarantee*: If your plant arrives melted, brown, severely damaged, dead, etc., simply send us a photo upon delivery. We can A) Refund your DOA(s) minus our actual shipping costs, B) Send free replacements - you just pay shipping or C) Include a free replacement + bonus plants on your next order.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your item in any way, you are welcome to return it for 7 days (you pay shipping) for any reason for an exchange or refund.
*Our only exception is orders with assorted stem plants to the West Coast without priority shipping upgrade and any plants to regions below 45 degrees or above 80 degrees without temperature protection upgrade
