This will allow you to cut 3/4” wood or plywood in 1 pass.
The up cut portion will allow you to cut thin plastic ( thinner than 0.125” ) as well.
Suggested feed and speed :
Wood 11,000-16,000RPM , 50-70ipm if full depth
*machines have different rigidity so please try 2 passes at 1/2 depth first to have an initial witness cut before pushing it hard
Plastic 8,000-10,000RPM , 80-100ipm at 0.030” depth of cut.
