This Bar is new and meets all mill specifications. Most of the bar we sell is manufactured domestically in the USA. This product is handled with overhead cranes using chains and straps. It is common for the product to contain handling pressure marks, dings, and surface scratches. In addition the product my contain labels and or adhesive, manufacturing stencil markings, the ends may display color coded warehouse marking paint, used to identify the grade of the material.
The Bar is typically cut using a ban saw, the cut surface may not be perfectly square particularly in larger thicknesses. There may be a residue of nontoxic cooling solution used during the cutting process standard when metal is cut with a ban saw. Please use caution handling the material as the edges and corners may be sharp and small aluminum chips may be present.

Typically service centers have minimum orders, items are cut to order and are delivered next day on company owned trucks. We have established this online distribution store to service smaller customers or those who need a quantity less than standard service center minimums. The Aluminum on this site is listed in various sizes. We have sizes listed that ship cost effectively throughout the USA using USPS flat rate packages and UPS Ground.
We do NOT custom cut to size. Our equipment is designed for large volume repeat cutting. We cannot cut lower volumes cost effectively. We would recommend contacting a local machine shop or prototype shop to assist you. They are better equipped to cut and or fabricate lower volumes to your specifications.

Shipping
The shipping method is specified in the listing. We select the most economical shipping method for the item listed. We typically use shipping services provided by USPS (flat rate), FedEx One Rate or FedEx / UPS ground. Tracking numbers are uploaded into your eBay order when the shipment is processed.
Items are shipped within 1 business day of payment. Items placed and paid after 4 PM (Eastern Standard Time) are considered placed on the following day.
Items which ship FedEx or UPS Ground, weights can be combined to offer better economic shipping rates. To combine weights on multiple items, add each ground item to your cart and then check out. The discounted Ground rate listed is based on the total weight and your zip code. Ground shipping is discounted based on the total weight of the order. They offer larger discounts for heavier packages so please combine your items when purchasing to get the best shipping cost.
For logistic purposes, we reserve the right to change the shipper. The change will not increase your transits time. The class of service will be of like kind. We will absorb any additional shipping costs which may occur as a result of the change.
If you would like us to ship the item using your UPS or FedEx account, please contact us before purchasing.
We take great care in packaging your items for shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please save and original packing material so we may make a claim to the carrier.
