The MQ-9 Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Is Developed By For General Atomic Energy Corporation Of The United States. It Is A Large "Reconnaissance Strike Integrated" Unmanned Aerial Vehicle With Long Endurance At Medium To High Altitudes, Capable Of Carrying Out Attack, Intelligence Gathering, Surveillance, And Reconnaissance Missions. The MQ-9 Reaper UAV Has A Total Length Of About 11 Meters And A Main Wing Span Of 20 Meters, And Can Be Remotely Controlled On The Ground. Its Flight Altitude Can Reach 15000 Meters, Exceeding That Of Civilian Aircraft, And Its Shooting Accuracy Is High With Strong Surveillance Capabilities. The MQ-9 Reaper UAV Is Divided Into Attack And Reconnaissance Types. As Of 2020, The Cost Of One Drone Was As High As 32 Million Us Dollars. The Us Air Force Established The MQ-9 Reaper UAV Attack Squadron In March 2007 And Also Set Up A Dedicated "Reaper" Drone Working Group To Study Tactics, Train Crew Members, And Conduct Practical Exercises.
