Ford Small Block Crankshaft V-belt Pulley spacer for 302, 351W engines using an aftermarket harmonic balancer. Ford had 2 lengths on their balancers. The older 3 bolt balancer was 0.950" shorter than the newer 4 bolt balancer. Most aftermarket companies make their balancers to the shorter 3 bolt lenght so that they can be used in multiple applications.
 
This requires the use of a 0.950" crank pulley spacer to get back to the original thickness.
